At Harmony Care LLC, we offer consumer-directed services to enable our clients to hire the caregiver of their choice who will assist them with their daily routine. Our caregivers are respectful and dedicated to helping individuals who need our services. They help with activities such as bathing, dressing, running errands, taking you to appointments, and reading your emails.
To qualify the client must meet the following requirements:
- Medicaid Eligibility
- 18 years old or above
- Physically Disabled
- Able and willing to hire and manage attendant(s)
- Living in an independent living situation
- Able to self-direct health services in the home
